Niche Residential is Visiquest’s development arm. It focuses on the acquisition and/or development of smaller, attached residential in-fill and lifestyle communities in the Phoenix metropolitan area. These include for-rent and for-sale projects.

At Visiquest Properties and Niche Residential, we are not interested in being the biggest or the busiest. Instead we focus our attention on a limited number of projects that meet our narrow objectives. We place great emphasis on the quality of our work and the relationships we maintain with vendors, contractors, employees, and customers.
